Before cleaning your pet’s teeth, we take a full digital radiograph (x-ray) of his or her mouth. Dental radiographs provide our veterinarians with crucial information about the health of your pet’s mouth. We have discovered various unknown problems such as impacted teeth and broken roots using these digital x-rays. All radiographs are taken by certified veterinary technicians who have special training in dental procedures and are included in your pet’s dental cleaning.
